काममाश्रित्य दुष्पुरं दम्भमानमदांवताः | मोहाद्गृहीतवासदृग्रहान्प्रवर्तन्तेऽशुचिवृत्ताः ॥१०॥
Hindi Translation
वे दम्भ, मान और मद से युक्त मनुष्य किसी प्रकार भी पूर्ण न होने वाली कामनाओं का आश्रय लेकर, अज्ञान से मिथ्या सिद्धांतों को ग्रहण करके और भ्रष्ट आचरणों को धारण करके संसार में विचरते हैं ॥१०॥
English Translation
Clinging to desires, wicked, arrogant, and haughty, deluded by ignorance, they take refuge in false doctrines and engage in impure conduct in the world.

चिन्तामपरिमेयां च प्रलयान्तमुपाश्रिता। कामोपभोग परमा एतावदिति निश्चिता।।११।।
Hindi Translation
तथा वे मृत्यु पर्यन्त रहने वाली असंख्य चिंताओं का आश्रय लेने वाले, विषय भोगों के भोगने में तत्पर रहने वाले और 'इतना ही सुख है' इस प्रकार मानने वाले होते हैं।।११।।
English Translation
Giving themselves up to innumerable cares ending only with death, they remain devoted to the enjoyment of sensuous pleasures and are positive in their belief that this is the highest limit of joy.
